摘　　要：思政教育和高等教育专业课程协同育人,是当今教学改革的重要发展目标。因此,本研究基于食品微生物检验技术课程,在工匠精神培育视角下,探索在高职专业课程中融入思政元素的路径,旨在提升学生综合素养,为国家培养工匠之才。The collaborative education of ideological and political education and higher education professional courses is an important development goal of today's teaching reform.Therefore,based on the course of food microbiology testing technology,this study explores the path of integrating ideological and political elements into vocational courses from the perspective of cultivating craftsmanship spirit,aiming to enhance students'comprehensive literacy and cultivate craftsmanship talents for China.
