摘  要:亲和力是思政课对学生的吸引力、感染力和影响力;心理效应是心理活动一般规律的体现。思政课教学中会涉及各种各样的心理效应,思政课亲和力的提升离不开教师对心理效应的熟悉掌握和适当运用。思政课教师要善于观察把握师生交往、教学设计、课堂组织和教育评价等诸环节中常见的心理效应,做到熟谙机理、把握情境、扬长避短,因事而谋、应时而动及顺势而为,准确、灵活、巧妙地运用心理效应开展教学活动,才能把思政课打造成入心入脑的金课。Affinity is the attraction,infectiousness,and influence of ideological and political courses on students.Psychological effects are a manifestation of the general laws of psychological activity.In the teaching of ideological and political courses,various psychological effects are involved,so the improvement of the affinity of ideological and political courses cannot be separated from the teacher's familiarity,mastery,and appropriate application of psychological effects.Teachers of ideological and political courses should be good at observing and grasping common psychological effects in various aspects such as teacher-student communication,teaching design,classroom organization,and educational evaluation.They should be familiar with the mechanism,grasp the situation,promote strengths and avoid weaknesses,plan according to the situation,act according to the situation,and use psychological effects accurately,flexibly,and cleverly to carry out teaching activities.Only in this way can ideological and political courses be turned into a golden lesson that enters the heart and mind.
