摘  要:目的:探讨中学生的良心对欺凌旁观者干预的影响以及共情的中介作用和社会自我效能感的调节作用。方法:采用青少年良心问卷、欺凌旁观者干预量表、青少年共情量表和社会自我效能感量表对3290名中学生进行调查。结果:(1)中学生良心正向预测欺凌旁观者干预;(2)共情在良心与欺凌旁观者干预之间起部分中介作用;(3)社会自我效能感正向调节该中介模型的后半段路径。具体而言,相比低社会自我效能感的中学生,共情对欺凌旁观者干预的预测作用在高社会自我效能感的中学生中更强。结论:良心与欺凌旁观者干预之间存在有调节的中介效应,共情是二者关系的中介变量,而社会自我效能感能强化共情对旁观者干预的影响。Objective:To explore the influence of middle school students'conscience on bystander intervention in bul-lying,as well as the mediating effect of empathy and the moderate effect of social self-efficacy.Methods:A total of 3290 middle school students were investigated by Adolescent Conscience Questionnaire,Bystander Intervention in Bullying Mea-sure,Adolescent Measure of Empathy and Social Self-Efficacy Questionnaire.Results:(1)Conscience positively predicted bystander intervention in bullying among middle school students;(2)Empathy played a partial mediating role between con-science and bystander intervention in bullying;(3)Social self-efficacy moderated the latter half of the mediation model.Spe-cifically,compared with middle school students with low social self-efficacy,the predictive effect of empathy on bystander intervention in bullying was stronger among middle school students with high social self-efficacy.Conclusion:There is a mediated moderating effect between conscience and bystander intervention in bullying,and empathy is the mediating vari-able between the two.Social self-efficacy can strengthen the impact of empathy on bystander intervention in bullying.
