摘　　要：社会实践是地方医学院校开展思想政治教育工作的重要抓手,也是地方医学院校人才培养体系中的重要内容。本文在把握社会实践内涵的基础上,探讨地方医学院校医学生社会实践的主要特点,分析当前地方医学院校医学生社会实践存在的主要问题与成因,针对性地提出地方医学院校社会实践工作新路径,为提升实践育人工作实效提供参考。Social practice is an important path for local medical colleges to carry out Ideological&Political education,and it is also an important part of the personnel cultivation system in local medical colleges.On the basis of grasping the connotation of social practice,this article explores the main characteristics of social practice among medical students in local medical colleges,analyzes the main problems and causes of current social practice among medical students in local medical colleges,and proposes targeted new paths for social practice work in local medical colleges,providing reference for improving the effectiveness of practical education work as well.
