摘　　要：目的了解少数民族地区农村中学生性健康知识、态度、行为现状,为开展青少年性教育提供参考。方法于2023年5—7月,选取大理白族自治州3个县4所中学的337名学生为研究对象,采用自制问卷展开横断面调查。结果学生性健康知识维度得分率为34.1%,态度维度得分率为54.3%,行为维度得分率为55.5%。女生对女性健康知识的掌握程度高于男生。男生出现遗精的平均年龄为(13.00±2.01)岁,女生月经初潮的平均年龄为(12.00±1.45)岁,女生出现青春期生理现象的时间比男生早。中学生获取性健康知识的途径依次是教师讲授、家长介绍、网络媒体宣传。结论少数民族地区农村中学生性健康知识水平偏低,男女生在性健康知识的掌握程度上存在差异,中学生性发育提前趋势明显,开展适龄、科学的性教育刻不容缓。Objective To learn the status quo of knowledge,attitudes and behaviors to sexual health among middle school students in rural minority areas,so as to provide reliable reference for sexual education among adolescent.Methods In July 2023,the research group selected 337 students from 4 middle schools in 3 counties of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture as the research objects,and applied self-made questionnaires to conduct a cross-sectional survey.Results The scoring rate of sexual health knowledge dimension was 34.1%,the attitude dimension was 54.3%and the behavior dimension was 55.5%.In addition,girls′knowledge of female health was higher than boys′.The average age of boys experiencing nocturnal emission was(13.00±2.01)years old,the average age of girl′s menarche was(12.00±1.45)years old,that is,girls enter pubertal physiological phenomena earlier than boys.In general,the w-ays for middle school students to acquire sexual health knowledge is mainly taught by teachers,introduced by parents,and publicized by online media.Conclusion The level of sexual health knowledge of middle school students in rural minority areas is low,there are differences between boys and girls in the mastery of sexual health knowledge,and the trend of sexual development in middle school is advancing.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out age-appropriate and scientific sexual education.
