摘  要:当前,我国职业教育呈现1+X证书和“双证书”两种证书制度并存的格局。通过对比二者,发现1+X证书制度存在制度、机构、管理等方面的问题,式微趋势明显。“双证书”制度虽也存在一些问题,但法律依据显明,适应市场需求,生命力强,长期发展趋势明显。鉴于此,建议我国恢复实行全国统一的“双证书”制度,改革现行职业技能等级管理体制,优化技能评价模式,以促进职业教育高质量发展。Currently,vocational education in China presents a pattern of co-existence of two certificate systems:1+X certificate and "dual-certificate".By comparing the two,it was found that the 1+X certificate system has problems in terms of system,organization,management,and other aspects,with a clear trend of decline.Although the "dual-certificate" system also has some problems,its legal basis is clear,it adapts to market demand,has strong vitality,and a clear long-term development trend.In view of this,it is recommended that China restore the implementation of a nationwide unified "dual-certificate" system,reform the current vocational skill level management system,optimize the skill evaluation model,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
