摘  要:人力资源是提高医院管理效能的核心。为解决公立医院职能部门科学定岗定编问题,引入“四定一考”概念,运用定岗、定编、定责、定薪与绩效考核相结合的方式,改善医院职能部门管理现状,提高工作效率,降低人力成本,促进公立医院高质量发展。Human resources are the core of improving hospital management efficiency.In order to solve the problem of scientific assignment of posts in functional departments of public hospitals,the concept of"four settings and one assessment"was introduced,and the combination of setting post,setting staff,setting responsibility,setting salary,and performance assessment was used to improve the current management situation of hospital functional departments and improve work efficiency to reduce personnel cost and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
