摘　　要：针对当前高职院校党课教育中存在的问题,基于江阴职业技术学院特色文艺党课的具体实践,指出高职院校在推行特色文艺党课中需着力解决的三个难点,即根据教育对象差异性提升针对性的难点、协调党课内容严肃与授课形式活泼的难点、提升教师政治素养与艺术素养匹配度的难点。在此基础上,提出提升特色文艺党课成效的路径,即有的放矢,针对教育对象的差异性提升教育的针对性;统筹兼顾,实现内容严肃与形式活泼的平衡;多管齐下,建设兼具政治和文艺素养的教师队伍。In view of the current problems in the Party lecture of higher vocational colleges,and based on the specific practice of the characteristic Party lecture with literary and artistic elements in Jiangyin Vocational and Technical College,this paper points out the difficulties that vocational colleges face in promoting the characteristic Party lecture,namely the difficulty of improving pertinence according to the differences in educational objects,coordinating the seriousness of Party lecture content with lively teaching forms,and improving the matching degree of teachers’political literacy and artistic literacy.On this basis,a clear path to improve the effectiveness of the characteristic Party lecture has been identified,which is to target and enhance the pertinence of education based on the differences in educational objects,to achieve a balance between serious content and lively form,and to build a teaching team that combines political and cultural literacy.
