摘  要:职业意识是职业理想、职业道德、职业行为等职业要素的总和,开展学生职业意识培养有利于提高学生的就业能力、有利于促进学生职后顺利发展、有利于提升企业人力资本效益、有利于提升人才培养改革成效。当前应用型本科高校旅游管理专业学生职业意识培养面临学校重视不足、教师能力不足、学生认知有限、家长引导错位等困境,解决对策为:搭建平台,增强学生职业认同感;强化标签,增强学生职业自豪感;按类培养,赋予学生成才选择权;提升能力,发挥教师立德树人作用;转变意识,有效发挥家长的引导功能。Professional awareness is the sum of professional elements such as professional ideals,professional ethics and professional behavior.Carrying out the cultivation of student professional awareness is conducive to improving their employability,promoting their smooth development after employment,enhancing the efficiency of enterprise human capital,and enhancing the effectiveness of talent cultivation reform.At present,the cultivation of professional awareness among applied undergraduate students is facing difficulties such as limited student cognition,insufficient attention from schools,insufficient teacher abilities and misplaced guidance from parents.The solution is to build a platform to enhance students' sense of professional identity,strengthen labels and enhance students' sense of professional pride,cultivate according to categories and empower students with the right to choose their talents,enhance abilities and give full play to the role of teachers in fostering morality and nurturing talents and transform awareness and effectively utilize the guiding function of parents.
