浅谈中医阴阳学说与矛盾分析法之间的契合之处

摘　　要：阴阳是诠释中国古代自然界某些事物和现象的一对哲学范畴,以阴阳学说为代表的矛盾论是中医辨证思维的核心,中医用阴与阳的矛盾观点解释人体生理和疾病现象。唯物辩证法认为,矛盾分析法解释了整个自然界和人类社会一般规律,矛盾推动事物的运动变化和发展。中医阴阳学说与唯物辩证法矛盾的同一性和斗争性有着高度契合之处,包括交感互藏与矛盾的同一性,对立制约、互根互用与矛盾的斗争性,消长平衡关系与对立统一关系。阴阳理论不仅指导着中医辨证思维,同时也指导着各个领域的科学研究。Yin and Yang are a pair of philosophical categories that interpret certain things and phenomena in ancient China,and the contradiction theory represented by the theory of Yin and Yang is the core of the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,which uses the contradictory viewpoint of Yin and Yang to explain human physiology and disease phenomena.Marxist materialist dialectics holds that the contradiction analysis method explains the general laws of the entire natural world and human society,and contradictions promote the movement,change and development of things.The theory of Yin and Yang in traditional Chinese medicine has a high degree of compatibility with the contradiction and struggle of materialist dialectics,including the identity of mutual possession and contradiction,the struggle of opposing constraints,mutual root and contradiction,and the relationship between growth and balance and the unity of opposites.The theory of Yin and Yang not only guides the thinking of syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine but also guides scientific research in various fields.
