中医验案在临床带教及远程教育中的价值

摘　　要：根据中医验案的特点,结合临床带教及远程教育实践经验,探讨中医验案在临床教学和远程教育中的作用。鼓励学生认真整理临床验案,在整理的过程中加强思考,逐步养成自己的临床辨证论治思维,不断提高临床诊疗水平。倡导学生将中医验案写成论文进行发表,推动中医学术水平的提高,让中医验案本身的价值在临床教学中得到更好的发挥和利用。Based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)case reports and combined with the practical experi⁃ence of clinical teaching and distance education,the role of TCM case reports in clinical teaching is being discussed in this article.Students are encouraged to carefully organize clinical test cases,thus strengthening their thinking in the process of organizing,gradu⁃ally developing their own clinical evidence-based thinking,and continuously improving their clinical diagnosis and treatment level.The authors advocate students to publish TCM case reports into papers to promote the improvement of academic level of TCM,so that the value of TCM case reports itself can be better exercised and utilized in clinical teaching.
