摘 要:随着中医硕士研究生规模持续扩大、东西方文化碰撞融合、“医-教-研”体系改革的不断深化,中医专硕研究生培养教育工作逐渐陷入困境。“谨守病机,综合辨治”理论是“辨病施治”“辨证论治”方法精髓的有机结合,是中医基础理论体系的新发展。以“谨守病机,综合辨治”理论为纲,结合实际措施及工作成效,阐明该理论对构建中医专硕研究生培养体系的指导和启发。With the continuous expansion of the scale of postgraduate students of TCM,the collision and integration of Eastern and Western cultures,and the deepening of the reform of the“medical education research”system,the training and education of post⁃graduate students of TCM has gradually fallen into a dilemma.The theory of“cautiously grasping pathogenesis and comprehensive dif⁃ferentiation and treatment”is an organic combination of the essence of the methods of“treatment based on disease differentiation”and“treatment based on syndrome differentiation”,and is an innovative development of the theoretical system of TCM differentiation and treatment.Based on the theory of“observing the pathogenesis and comprehensive differentiation and treatment”,combined with practi⁃cal measures and work results,this paper expounded the guidance and inspiration of the theory of“cautiously grasping pathogenesis and comprehensive differentiation and treatment”on the construction of the training and education system for postgraduate students of Chinese medicine.
