中医教学中李东垣因时用药之中医时辰治疗的价值

摘　　要：时辰治疗指利用人体生命活动的节律性和敏感性,确定治疗时间,以提高效果、降低不良反应的中医学分支学科,也是中医传统文化的瑰宝。随着现代医学对生物钟研究的逐渐深入,时辰治疗理念越发得到学界的重视。但与此同时,中医临床实践却普遍忽视了时间节律对疗效和安全性的影响。究其原因,与中医本科教育淡化时辰治疗理念有关。文章介绍了李东垣因时用药理论,阐明了时辰治疗对提升临床效果的重大价值,探讨在中医相关专业本科教育阶段补充时辰治疗知识板块的意义。Chronological therapy refers to a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that uses the rhythm and sensitivity of human life activities to determine the treatment time,so as to improve the efficacy and reduce toxic and side effects.It is also a treasure of tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine culture.With the gradual deepening of the study of biological clock in modern medicine,the concept of chro⁃notherapy has been paid more and more attention by the modern medical community.At the same time,however,the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine has generally ignored the impact of time rhythm on efficacy and safety.The reason is related to the weakening of the concept of chronotherapy in the undergraduate education of TCM.This article introduced Li Dongyuan’s theory of medication according to time,clarified the great value of chronotherapy in improving the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medi⁃cine,and discussed the significance of supplementing chronotherapy knowledge in the undergraduate education stage of traditional Chinese medicine related majors.
