摘 要:教师情绪劳动是教育学、社会学和心理学交叉领域的重要研究议题。通过对315篇教师情绪劳动文献进行梳理,发现近20年来相关研究主要集中在教师情绪劳动规则、教师情绪劳动策略、教师情绪劳动影响因素以及教师情绪劳动后果。其中,教师情绪劳动的基本规则是热爱学生,展现积极情绪,隐藏负面情绪;教师情绪劳动最常使用的策略首先是真实表达,其次是深层扮演,最后是表层扮演;教师情绪劳动的主要影响因素包括个体因素和工作情境因素;教师情绪劳动会影响教师的工作满意度、工作投入、教学效果、自我效能感、职业倦怠、组织承诺、忠诚感和离职意向。教师情绪劳动研究对教育教学实践具有重要指导意义,在组织层面,要认识教师情绪劳动的两面性,优化教育教学管理;在教师个体层面,要充分理解教师情绪劳动的特殊性,促进自身身心健康。未来的教师情绪劳动研究需要在研究设计、理论模型、研究主题和实践指导意义等方面做进一步拓展。As a cross research field of pedagogy,sociology and psychology,the research on Teachers’emotional labor has developed rapidly in the past 20 years.Based on the analysis of 315 papers on teachers’emotional labor,the paper finds that the basic consensus on teachers’emotional labor rules is that teachers should love students,show positive emotions and hide negative emotions;the most common strategies of emotional labor that often used by teachers include,real expression,deep acting,and surface acting.Individual factors and work situation factors are the main influencing factors of teachers’emotional labor.Teachers’emotional labor can affect teachers’job satisfaction,work engagement,teaching effectiveness,self-efficacy,job burnout,organizational commitment,loyalty and turnover intention.The research on teacher emotional labor has important guiding significance for educational and teaching practice.At the organizational level,it is necessary to understand the duality of teachers’emotional labor and optimize educational and teaching management;At the individual level of teachers,they should fully understand the particularity of teachers’emotional labor and keep their own physical and mental health.Great progress has been made in the research of teachers’emotional labor,but there are some deficiencies in research design,theoretical model and practical significance.
