摘　　要：目的分析2018—2020年云南省在园儿童体格发育等级及营养状况,为改善云南省在园儿童营养状况、促进儿童体格发育提供依据。方法选取2018—2020年云南省6县12所幼儿园1161名在园儿童,采用WHO推荐的营养筛查Z评分法对儿童体格发育等级及营养状况进行评价。结果2018—2020年云南省在园儿童体格发育均表现出中等比例最大,上等和下等比例较小的状况,2020年的在园儿童身高、体质量中等及以上比例均是2018—2020年中最高的。云南省在园儿童2018年营养不良比例为16.92%,2019年为16.01%,2020年为12.93%。云南省在园儿童体格发育低于国家标准。结论2018—2020年云南省在园儿童生长发育有营养不良的状况,且体格发育水平低于国家标准。Objective To analyze physical development grade and nutritional status of kindergarten children in Yunnan Province from 2018 to 2020,provide a basis for improving nutritional status and promoting physical development of children in kindergartens in Yunnan Province.Methods A total of 1161 children in 12 kindergartens in 6 counties of Yunnan Province were selected from 2018 to 2020,and the physical development grade and nutritional status were evaluated using Z-score method recommended by WHO.Results From 2018 to 2020,the proportion of physical development of children in kindergartens was the largest in the middle,and the proportions of superior and inferior children were smaller.The proportions of height and weight in the middle and above in 2020 were the highest from 2018 to 2020.The malnutrition rates of kindergarten children in Yunnan Province were 16.92% in 2018,16.01% in 2019,and 12.93% in 2020.The physical development of children in kindergartens in Yunnan Province was lower than the national standard.Conclusion From 2018 to 2020,children in kindergartens in Yunnan Province suffered from malnutrition in growth and development,and their physical development level was lower than the national standard.
