摘　　要：目的:调查上海市社区康复人员对中西医结合家庭康复优势的认知情况,探究影响中西医结合家庭康复优势的因素,为推动家庭康复服务发展提供科学依据。方法:于2021年8~10月,采用分阶段随机整群抽样方法对抽取的上海市36家社区卫生服务机构173名康复人员进行问卷调查。采用决策树、神经网络分析康复人员对中西医结合家庭康复优势的影响因素。结果:在173名调查对象中,倾向于中医家庭康复更有优势的人数为8人(占比4.6%),倾向于中西医结合家庭康复的人数为156人(占比90.2%),倾向于西医家庭康复的人数为9人(占比5.2%)。决策树和神经网络分析结果均显示,岗前业务培训、知识在工作中的应用情况是康复人员对家庭康复优势认知的重要影响因素。结论:上海市社区康复人员更倾向于为居民提供中西医结合家庭康复服务,应通过完善家庭康复岗前业务培训、合理规划中西医结合康复培训内容、探索适宜家庭环境开展的中西医康复治疗项目等举措,推动家庭康复服务的发展。Objective To investigate the cognitive status of the advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine family rehabilitation in rehabilitation personnel from community health services institutions in Shanghai,explore the factors that affect rehabilitation intention,and provide the scientific basis for promoting the development of family rehabilitation services.Methods From August to October 2021,173 rehabilitation personnel were selected from 36 community health service institutions in Shanghai by using a phased random cluster sampling method,and conducted a questionnaire survey.Decision trees and neural networks were used to analyze the influencing factors of the advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine family rehabilitation.Results Among the 173 respondents,8(4.6%)tended to believe that traditional Chinese medicine family rehabilitation was more advantageous,156(90.2%)tended to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine family rehabilitation,and 9(5.2%)tended to western medicine family rehabilitation.The decision tree and neural network analysis results showed that pre-job busi-ness training and the application of knowledge in work were important influencing factors for rehabilitation personnel cognition a-bout the advantages of family rehabilitation.Conclusion Shanghai community rehabilitation personnel is more inclined to provide residents with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation services.Measures such as improving the pre-job professional training of family rehabilitation,reasonably planning the content of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation training,and exploring the suitable integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation treatment projects for family environments should be taken to promote the development of family rehabilitation services.
