推进县域教育发展的联合教研路径探索

摘　　要：根据创新人才教育研究会振兴县域教育保定实验基地的总体安排,人大附中航天城学校对口帮扶高碑店市。在振兴县域教育实践中,人航以“重塑高碑店教育新高地”为目标,针对高碑店市教育状况探索八大路径,“联合教研”是重要路径之一。在联合教研方面,人航与高碑店市成立联合教研管理群,每两周开展一次活动。细致、深入、有针对性的联合教研,逐步提升了高碑店市教师教研水平和教学质量,促进了教育优质均衡发展。According to the overall arrangement of the Baoding Experimental Base of the Society for Cultivating Innovators to Revitalize the County Education,the Aerospace City School of RDFZ is providing targeted assistance to Gaobeidian County.In the practice of revitalizing county-level education,the school aims to "reshape a new highland of education in Gaobeidian" and explores eight major paths based on the education situation in the county."Joint teaching and research" is one of the important paths.In terms of joint teaching and research,the the Aerospace City School of RDFZ and Gaobeidian have established a joint teaching and research management group,which has teaching and research activities every two weeks.The meticulous,in-depth,and targeted joint teaching and research has gradually improved the teaching and research level and quality of teachers in Gaobeidian,thus promoting the high-quality and balanced development of education.
