家庭社会经济地位如何影响大学生创业胜任力——社会支持的中介作用

摘　　要：在促进创业带动就业的大趋势下,提升大学生创业胜任力水平成为国家深入实施扩大就业发展战略的重要抓手。本文采用7609位大学生关于“创新能力和创新素养评估”的问卷数据,通过多元线性回归和逐步回归检验法,分析大学生家庭社会经济地位与社会支持对其创业胜任力的直接影响和具体驱动机制。研究发现,大学生家庭社会经济地位和社会支持都正向影响其创业胜任力,且非正式支持比正式支持的影响作用更大。此外,大学生的家庭社会经济地位通过正式支持与非正式支持两条路径正向驱动其创业胜任力,且非正式支持路径的驱动作用明显强于正式支持路径。因此,建立社会、院校、家庭创新创业教育的多方协同机制,对以创业促就业的实施具有重要意义。Under the general trend of promoting entrepreneurship-led employment,improving the level of entrepreneurial competency of college students has become an important tool for the national strategy of expanding employment.Based on this,this study used questionnaire data from 7,609 college students regarding the"assessment of innovative abilities and innovation literacy."The study analyzed the impact and driving pathways of college students'family socioeconomic status and social support on their entrepreneurial competence through multiple linear regression and stepwise regression testing methods.The research found that both college students'family socioeconomic status and social support have a positive influence on their entrepreneurial competence,with informal support having a greater impact than formal support.Additionally,college students'family socioeconomic status positively drives their entrepreneurial competence through two pathways:formal support and informal support,with the driving effect of the informal support pathway being significantly stronger than the formal support pathway.Therefore,it is important to establish a multi-party collaborative mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education among society,institutions and families to implement the strategy of promoting employment through entrepreneurship.
