摘　　要：基于对浙江省高职院校财经类专业应届毕业生开展调查获取到的数据,采用双变量Probit模型,从企业和学生两个视角考察双方对就业岗位的供需意愿以及影响因素。研究发现,要进一步提升高职院校毕业生就业竞争力,学校层面要培养学生的认知能力和学习能力;企业层面要与高职院校开展多元化合作;政府层面则要发挥好管理和服务职能。Based on survey data on recent graduates of finance and economics majors in vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province,this article adopts a bivariate Probit model to examine the supply and demand willingness and influencing factors of both enterprises and students towards employment positions.Research has found that in order to further enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college graduates,schools should cultivate their cognitive and learning abilities.At the enterprise level,diversified cooperation should be carried out with vocational colleges.At the government level,it is necessary to give full play to its management and service functions.
