摘 要:近年来,预制菜品与乡村振兴、居民生活深度融合,逐渐成为我国经济发展的新业态、新动能。伴随预制菜产业的繁荣发展,也带来了许多市场乱象,这给消费者的权益保护带来了许多新挑战。本文通过调查研究,分析了消费者对预制菜的接受度、关注点,并进一步研究了预制菜在餐饮行业经营过程中对消费者权益保护的影响因素。在此基础上,提出通过制规立法、加强监管、推动预制菜在餐饮领域经营公示制度的建立等方法,以期实现预制菜产业的高质量发展和消费者权益保护的两者平衡。In recent years,the prepared dishes industry has been deeply integrated with rural revitalization and residents’lives,and has gradually become a new format and new driving force for China’s economic development.With the prosperity and development of the prepared dishes industry,it has also brought many market chaos,which has brought many new challenges to the protection of consumer rights and interests.Through investigation and research,this paper analyzes consumers’acceptance and concern of prepared dishes,and further studies the influencing factors of prepared dishes on the protection of consumers’rights and interests in the catering industry.On this basis,it is proposed to achieve a balance between the high-quality development of the prepared dishes industry and the protection of consumer rights and interests through regulatory legislation,strengthening supervision,and promoting the establishment of a publicity system for the operation of prepared dishes in the catering field.
