基于现代产业学院背景下的药学类校企合作课程建设研究

摘　　要：开发校企合作课程是提高药学类应用型人才培养质量的有效手段,但现阶段仍存在校企合作积极性不高、教师技能培训不足、课程资源建设有限、评价机制不健全等问题。产业学院是深化产教融合、构建校企长效合作的有效载体。文章以江苏海洋大学生物医药产业学院为例,探讨基于现代产业学院的药学类校企合作课程建设。实践表明产业学院能充分发挥人才、技术、设备等资源优势,建立校企合作课程实施机制,完善课程配套平台建设,显著提升人才培养质量。Developing school-enterprise cooperation courses is an effective means to improve the quality of applied talent training in pharmacy,but there are still issues such as low enthusiasm for school-enterprise cooperation,insufficient teacher skill training,limited course resource construction,and incomplete evaluation mechanisms at the current stage.Industry colleges serve as an effective carrier to deepen the integration of industry and education and establish long-term school-enterprise cooperation.This article uses the Biomedical Industry College of Jiangsu Ocean University as an example to discuss the construction of pharmacy-related school-enterprise cooperation courses based on modern industry colleges.Practice has shown that industry colleges can fully leverage the advantages of talents,technology,equipment,and other resources,establish mechanisms for implementing school-enterprise cooperation courses,improve the construction of course support platforms,and significantly enhance the quality of talent training.
