职业院校校企文化融合育人优化研究:基于合作博弈的分析视角

摘　　要：校企文化融合是学校与企业两个不同主体在追求各自利益诉求下的文化渗透,其本质是双方文化的合作博弈。合作双方在保障自身利益的前提下,携手迈向文化育人、共筑校企发展命运共同体是优化职业院校校企文化融合育人的有效途径。分析合作博弈与校企文化融合育人的内在关联,以及校企文化融合育人的关键因素后,基于合作博弈理论,以“深职大—华为”三层同心圆结构的文化融合个案为基础,探索优化企业收益主要影响因素的校企文化融合育人未来模式。The college-enterprise cultural integration is the cultural penetration of two different subjects of college and enterprise in pursuit of their own interests,and its essence is the cooperative game between the two cultures.On the premise of protecting their own interests,both parties should join hands in cultural education and build a community of shared future for college-enterprise development,which is an effective way to optimize the education of college-enterprise culture integration in vocational colleges.After in-depth analysis of the internal relationship between cooperative game and college-enterprise culture integration and education,as well as the key factors of college-enterprise culture integration and education,based on the cooperative game theory and the cultural integration case of"Shenzhen Polytechnic University-Huawei"three-layer concentric circle structure,the future model of college-enterprise culture integration and education is explored,which can optimize the main influencing factors of enterprise income.
