摘 要:RV减速器常用于工业机器人机械臂中,但机械臂内空间有限,因此RV减速器的体积优化问题成为工业机器人领域研究的关键环节。文章以RV-250型减速器为研究对象,针对其结构合理化设计问题,采用最优化理论,以减速器的体积和传动效率为优化目标函数,并采用加权法将多目标问题转化为单目标函数,进而根据应用背景建立约束条件,最后调用粒子群算法得到RV减速器优化设计最优解。优化结果实现了RV减速器的合理化设计目标,为RV减速器优化设计研究提供了相关参考依据。The RV reducers are commonly used in the mechanical arms of industrial robots;due to the limited space within these mechanical arms,the volume optimization of RV reducers has become a key research aspect in the field of industrial robots.In this paper,focusing on the RV-250 type reducer,addressing its structural rationalization design issues,the optimization theory is applied with the reducer's volume and transmission efficiency as the optimization objective functions;a weighted method is used to convert the multi-objective problem into a single objective function.Then,the constraint conditions are established based on the application context.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed to obtain the optimal solution for the RV reducer's design.The optimization results have achieved the rationalization design objectives of the RV reducer.It provides a relevant reference for study on optimization design of the RV reducer.
