摘 要:目的探索实习医生在带教老师的协助下直接管床对提高实习教学质量的作用。方法选择2020年9—12月重庆医科大学附属第一医院骨科实习的30名临床医学专业实习生作为研究对象;随机分为对照组及管床组,每组15名,对照组进行常规带教,管床组除常规带教外由实习生直接管床。进行为期4周的实习教学,实习结束后分析2组的出科考核成绩以及对实习教学的满意度情况。结果出科考核成绩中管床组的成绩普遍好于对照组,尤其是技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总体满意率为80.0%,管床组的整体满意率则高达93.3%,管床组总体满意率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);后一个实习科室对2组实习生总体评价上,对照组中优良率为73.3%,管床组中的优良率达到了93.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论直接床位管理能够提升实习教学质量,提高实习生对实习教学的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of direct bed management under the assistance of the intern instructor on improving practicing quality.Methods A total of 30 clinical medicine interns who came to orthopedics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University for internship from September to December 2020 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and tube bed group, with 15 students in each group. The control group was given routine teaching, while the tube bed group was directly administered by interns except routine teaching. After the 4-week practice teaching, the results of the final examination and the satisfaction of the practice teaching of the two groups were analyzed. Results The scores of departmental rotation examination in the bed management group were generally better than those of the control group, especially the scores of the skill examination were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of the control group was 80.0%, however, the overall satisfaction rate of the bed management group was as high as 93.3%. The overall satisfaction rate of the bed management group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The overall evaluation of the two groups in the latter department showed that the rate of excellent and good in the control group was 73.3%, and the rate was as high as 93.3% in the bed management group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Direct bed management can significantly improve practicing quality and improve the satisfaction of practice teaching.
