摘 要:随着现代医学模式的转变,对医学生医患沟通能力提出了更高的要求,医生与患者之间的沟通交流愈发重要。良好的医患沟通能力已成为现代医生必备的核心能力之一,是建立和谐医患关系、顺利开展医疗活动的关键。长期以来,我国医学教育对于本科医学生医患沟通能力的培养重视不足。近年来各院校已逐渐开展相关的教学探索,但尚未形成系统规范的培养体系。文章主要针对如下内容展开:医患沟通能力培养的重要性、我国医患沟通教育现状、医患沟通能力培养的策略探讨,如“转变观念,重视医患沟通能力的培养”“早期接触临床”“加强相关课程建设”“分层次培训,关注学生特点因材施教”“建立医患沟通能力的考核机制”“加强综合素质培养,提升岗位胜任力”。同时,对医学本科教育中医患沟通能力的培养策略进行探讨。With the transformation of modern medical models,higher requirements have been placed on the doctor-patient communication ability of medical students and patients,and communication between doctors and patients has become increasingly important Good doctor-patient communication ability has become one of the essential core competencies for modern doctors,and is key to establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationships and smoothly carrying out medical activities.For a long time,medical education in China has placed insufficient emphasis on the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability among undergraduate medical students.In recent years,various universities have gradually carried out relevant teaching explorations,but have not yet formed a systematic and standardized training system.The article mainly focuses on the importance of cultivating doctor-patient communication a b i l i t y,the current situation of doctor-patient communication education in China,and the exploration of strategies for cultivating doctor-patient communication ability,such as"changing concepts,emphasizing the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability""early exposure to clinical practice""strengthening relevant course construction""hierarchical training,paying attention to student characteristics and teaching according to their aptitude""establishing an assessment mechanism for doctor-patient communication ability""strengthening comprehensive quality training,and enhancing job competence".At the same time,explore the strategies for cultivating communication ability between traditional Chinese medicine and patients in undergraduate medical education.
