高校“一站式”学生社区建设的内在逻辑、现实困境和完善路径

摘　　要：高校“一站式”学生社区建设是马克思“真正的共同体”理论的时代延伸,是中国共产党思想政治教育的时代演进,是高校思想政治工作方法的时代创新。目前,高校“一站式”学生社区建设存在理念未形成广泛共识、育人合力格局未形成、空间建设与内涵挖掘不足、实践创新有待提升的现实困境。要不断深化“一站式”学生社区建设的理论研究和实践探索。亟待加强党委的统一领导,构建深化共识机制;推进育人力量下沉一线,构建联动整合机制;优化空间,完善供给,构建空间-情感耦合机制;深化实践改革,构建创新驱动机制。The“one-stop”student community construction in colleges and universities is the era extension of Marx’s real community theory,the era evolution of the ideological and political educa-tion of the Communist Party of China,and the era innovation of ideological and political work meth-ods in colleges and universities.At present,there are realistic dilemmas in the“one-stop”student community construction in colleges and universities,such as the lack of a broad consensus on the concept,the lack of a collaborative pattern for education,insufficient exploration of spatial construc-tion and connotation,and the need for improvement in practical innovation.To deepen the theoretical research and practical exploration of the“one-stop”student community construction,it is urgent to strengthen the unified leadership of the Party committee to build a deepening consensus mechanism,promote the ability of education on the front line to build a linkage and integration mechanism,opti-mize the space and perfect the supply to construct the spatial-emotional coupling mechanism,and deepen practical reform to build an innovation-driven mechanism.
