摘  要:儿童嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EGE)是一种少见的胃肠道疾病,常见于5岁以下儿童。膳食管理是儿童EGE的有效治疗方法之一,旨在减少食物过敏原的暴露。膳食管理方法包含基于氨基酸的要素饮食、基于经验的排除饮食以及基于食物过敏测试的靶向排除饮食。文章详细讨论了3种饮食疗法的优缺点,同时强调营养师评估EGE患儿营养摄入的重要性,为EGE患儿的膳食管理提供科学依据。Eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EGE) is a rare gastrointestinal disorder that is commonly seen in childrenunder 5 years old.Diet management is one of the effectivetreatments for children with EGE,aiming to reduce exposureto food allergens.Diet management methods include aminoacid-based elemental diets,experience-based exclusiondiets,and targeted exclusion diets based on food allergytesting.This article discusses the advantages anddisadvantages of the three diet therapies in detail,andemphasizes the importance of nutritionists in evaluating thenutritional intake of children with EGE,providing scientificevidence for dietary management of children with EGE.
