摘 要:作为民生工程,课后服务工作得到了全社会的关注和重视。在实现教育高质量发展的背景下,扎实做好课后服务工作意义重大。当前,课后服务工作中存在的关键问题是,课后服务工作与学校责任的定位和“课后服务”的概念模糊,缺少对各种相互关系的厘定。我们必须从教育强国建设、国际教育改革和现代学校制度建设等三重视角出发,提升有关课后服务工作的思想认识,聚焦育人宗旨,创建协同的支持体系,提供可持续的教育预算供给,以建构具有中国特色的课后服务工作的制度框架。As a project of people's livelihood,the after-school service work has received attention and emphasis of the whole society.In the context of achieving high-quality development of education,it is of great significance to implement the after-school service.At present,there are three issues in after-school service,which prevent the process of the work:the responsibility of school in the work is not clear in policy;the concept of"after-school service work"is still vague,and there is a lack of clarification on various interrelationships in this field.We should deepen our understanding of after-school service work in mind from three perspectives:the requirements of building a country strong in education;the trends of education transformation all around the world,and the needs of school reforms.The paper puts forward three suggestions in improvement of after-school service work further:the aim is focused on student's development,the mechanism is heighted in building the partnership support system,and the expenditure system is relied on the governmental budget steadily.
