摘　　要：目的构建显微根尖外科手术护士核心能力评价指标,为培养专业的显微根尖外科手术护士提供参考依据。方法通过文献研究法及德尔菲法构建显微根尖外科手术护士核心能力评价指标。结果专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数均为0.828,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.292~0.354、0.340~0.577(P<0.05)。最终构建了包含5个一级指标,23个二级指标、70个三级指标的显微根尖外科手术护士核心能力评价指标体系。结论显微根尖外科手术护士核心能力评价指标具有较好的科学性与可靠性,可为显微根尖外科手术护士的培养、准入及管理提供参考。Objective To construct a core competency evaluation index for nurses of apical microsurgery,and to provide reference for the training of nurses of apical microsurgery.Methods After literature review,the core competency evaluation index for nurses of apical microsurgery was constructed by Delphi method.Results The positive coefficient was 100%,the authority coefficient 0.828,and the Kendall harmony coefficient 0.292~0.354 and 0.340~0.577(P<0.05),respectively.The final core competency evaluation index for nurses of apical microsurgery consisted of 5 first-level,23 second-level and 70 third-level indicators.Conclusion The core competency evaluation index for microapical surgical nurses is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference for the training,admittance and management of microapical surgical nurses.
