中外合作办学高校的教师质量发展分析

摘　　要：教师质量直接影响中外合作办学的质量与可持续发展。基于中外合作办学机构和项目的自评报告,分析中外合作办学高校教师质量的发展现状和存在问题,并针对性提出改进对策。规范教师招聘和优化教师结构,可以提高教师准入门槛;融合教学方法和提升跨文化能力,可以强化教师教学质量;教学科研结合和加强校际合作,可以提升教师科研质量。The teachers'quality has a direct impact on the quality and sustainable development for Chinese-foreign cooperative universities.Based on the self-evaluation reports of Chinese-foreign cooperative institutions and programs,this paper analyzes the current situations and existing problems for teachers'quality development in Chinese-foreign cooperative universities and proposes the improvement countermeasures.Therefore,the Chinese-foreign cooperative universities should normalize teachers'recruitment models and optimize teachers'structure to improve teachers'quality,integrate the teaching methods and enhance the cross-cultural competence to strengthen teachers'teaching quality,and combine teaching with scientific research and strengthen inter-school cooperation to improve teachers'scientific research quality.
