摘　　要：高等职业院校大师工作室项目是一项旨在推动职业教育教学改革和人才培养的重要举措,也是深化产、学、研合作的有效载体。以高等职业院校为研究对象,探讨其大师工作室项目建设的思路和举措,包括建立项目管理机制、优化项目设计、加强“产、学、研”协同创新、完善评估机制等。通过对相关文献的综述和实证研究,得出上述举措对高等职业院校大师工作室项目的质量提升起到积极作用,为国内同行院校的大师工作室项目建设工作提供一定的理论指导和实践价值。The craftsman workshop project in higher vocational colleges is an important measure which aims to promote the teaching reform and talent cultivation in vocational education and is also the effective carrier to deepen the cooperation among the industry,colleges and institute.Taking the higher vocational college as an example,this paper discusses the construction thoughts and measures of crafsman workshop project including setting up the project management mechanism,optimizing the project design,strengthening the cooperative innovation among"industry,colleges,and institute",and improving assessment mechanism,analyzes the related literature review,and proposes the mentioned measures having the positive effect on improving the quality of craftsman workshop project in order to offer some theoretical guidance and practical values for the construction of craftsman workshop project in higher vocational colleges.
