论现代概念语境下的中医学异化

摘　　要：笔者在拙作《中医证研究的困惑与对策》中曾明确指出:在《中医基础理论》中,可以明显看出传统中医理论被改造和变通的迹象。后续逐步揭示和证实了被改造和变通的诸多问题,找到了中医学继承与发展举步维艰的根本症结,可谓触目惊心。文章旨在全面揭示以《中医基础理论》为代表的现代中医学全面移植现代概念和借以引发中医学异化等重大学术问题。进而确认,以中止逻辑概念思维为原则的《中医基础理论》和相关中医教材的全面修订,以及基于中医经典象思维语境的重建,是摆脱中医药继承与发展窘境的唯一选择。The author have clearly pointed out in the book Puzzles and Countermeasures in the Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes that,there are clear signs of the transformation and adaptation in Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.As many problems due to abnormal transformation and adaptation had been revealed and confirmed gradually,the fundamental crux of the difficulty in inheriting and developing traditional Chinese medicine was found out,which can be said to be shock.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively reveal the major academic issues resulting from all-transplantation of modern concepts in modern Chinese medicine,represented by Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Furthermore,it is confirmed that the comprehensive revision of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and related textbooks based on the principle of stopping logical and conceptual thinking,as well as the reconstruction of the context of traditional Chinese medicine classic image thinking,are the only choices to break free from the dilemma of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and development.
