温病辛寒法运用探析

摘　　要：辛寒法是中医辨治外感热病的重要法度,萌芽于《黄帝内经》,发展于张仲景《伤寒论》,完善于明清时期的温病学派,然而古今医家鲜有系统论述者。文章系统梳理了辛寒之理法,总结了临床常用的辛寒方药,并以卫气营血为纲,以常见温病为目,兼顾温病后期里热耗津、余邪未清之阶段,对辛寒法在临床中的核心配伍与具体运用进行归纳总结,以期阐明其理法、组方与辨治规律,为当今临床诊治温病提供思路。Acrid-cold therapy is an important method for the differentiation and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.It sprouts in the Huangdi Neijing,develops in ZHANG Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun,and improves in the school of warm diseases in Ming and Qing dynasties,however,there are few systematic expositions in ancient and modern times.This paper systematically sorted out the principle and method of acrid-cold therapy,summarized the commonly used recipes for acrid-cold in clinical practice,and took the therapy of Wei Qi Ying Xue as the guiding principles,taking common warm diseases as the target,taking into account the stages of heat depletion and residual evil in the later stage of warm diseases,summarized the core compatibility and specific application of acrid-cold therapy in clinical practice,with a view to clarifying its principle,formulation and treatment rules,and providing ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of warm diseases in nowadays.
