摘　　要：为建设健康中国,实现全民健康,就要以农村和基层为重点,大力发展农村基层医疗卫生服务。面向基层培养具有全科医疗能力的人才,才能惠及全人群,覆盖生命全周期。山东协和学院围绕基层医疗卫生人才培养,定位高职层次的全科医学人才培养目标、改革教学体系和评价体系,建立保障体系,从而构建“贯通式”全科医学人才培养体系,培养服务生命全周期、健康全过程的基层全科医学人才。To build a healthy China and achieve national health,it is necessary to focus on rural and grassroots areas and vigorously develop rural grassroots medical and health services.To cultivate urgently needed talents with general medical abilities at the grassroots level,in order to benefit the entire population and cover the entire life cycle.Shandong Xiehe University focuses on the cultivation of grassroots medical and health talents,positioning itself as a vocational level general practice medical talent training goal,reforming teaching and evaluation systems,establishing a guarantee system,and thus constructing a"comprehensive"general practice medical talent training system to cultivate grassroots general practice medical talents who serve the entire life cycle and health process.
