摘 要:液相色谱作为一种应用广泛的现代仪器分析方法,在食品领域发挥着重要作用。然而,传统的液相色谱实验教学资源有限、模式单一、过程难以监控,效果欠佳。虚拟仿真教学作为一种新的实验教学手段,在高校实验教学中应用较多。文章以液相色谱为例,从传统实验教学现状和虚拟仿真技术的优势出发,探索虚拟仿真技术在食品专业实验教学中的具体应用;利用液相色谱虚拟仿真软件功能模块,采取虚实结合的教学方式,培养学生的实验技能以及自主学习和创新能力,为食品专业实验教学改革提供参考。Liquid chromatography,as a widely used modern instrument analysis method,plays an important role in food science research.However,the traditional experiment teaching resources of liquid chromatography were insufficient.And the teaching mode was single,while the teaching process was difficult to monitor and the teaching effect was not good.As a new experimental teaching method,virtual simulation technology had been developed and applied rapidly in college experimental teaching.Based on the present situation of traditional experiment teaching and the advantages of virtual simulation technology,this paper took liquid chromatography virtual simulation software as an example to explore the application of virtual simulation technology in food major.By using the function module of this software and combining virtual-real teaching method,the students'experimental skills,independent learning and innovation ability would be cultivated,which provides reference for the experimental teaching reform of food major.
