摘　　要：高校辅导员是毕业生就业指导的直接参与者,对大学生高质量就业发挥着重要作用。文章基于“三全育人”视角,分析了当前高校辅导员指导大学生就业工作存在的问题,并从“协同联动多方,全员构筑帮扶合力”“落实精耕细作,全程贯穿培养教育”“多举措多渠道,全方位完善育人体系”三个方面提出高校辅导员引导大学生高质量就业思考路径,为辅导员实际工作提供有益的指导借鉴。College counselors are direct participants in employment guidance for graduates and play an indispensable role in high-quality employment for college students.The article is based on the perspective of"comprehensive education"and analyzes the problems that exist in the current guidance of college counselors on employment for college students.It proposes a thinking path for college counselors to guide college students in high-quality employment from three aspects:"coordinating and linking multiple parties,building a joint force of assistance for all staff"implementing intensive cultivation and education throughout the entire process",and"multiple measures and channels,comprehensively improving the education system",provide useful guidance and reference for the practical work of counselors.
