摘 要:栀子是茜草科植物山栀子的果实,属国家卫生健康委员会颁布的第I批药食两用物质。栀子中含有丰富的有效成分,主要包括环烯醚萜类、二萜类、黄酮类、有机酸类等。这些有效活性成分具有保肝利胆、抗炎症、抗氧化、保护神经、抑菌等作用。该研究对栀子中的有效成分及其活性作用和不同提取方法两个方面进行综述。探讨了栀子有效成分在人体机能中所发挥的药理作用,并对不同提取方法提取栀子有效成分进行比较,分析其对有效活性作用的影响,以期为栀子有效成分的开发利用及提炼提供重要参考依据。Gardenia jasminoides Ellis is the fruit of the Rubiaceae plant,which belongs to the batch I of medicinal and edible substances issued by National Health Commission.Gardenia jasminoides Ellis contains abundant effective components,including iridoids,diterpenoids,flavonoids,organic acids,etc.These active ingredients have the effect of protecting the liver and gallbladder,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,nerve protection and bacteriostasis.This study reviewed the active components of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and their activities and the different extraction methods of active components from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.The pharmacological effects of the active components of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis in the human body were discussed,and the effects of different extraction methods on the active components of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were compared,this paper provides an important reference for the development,utilization and extraction of the active components from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.
