我国无边界职业生涯研究热点与前沿演进——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我国无边界职业生涯的研究热点问题和研究前沿演进。方法:利用CiteSpace软件,对中国知网数据库2003—2022年收录的157篇以“无边界职业生涯”“无边界职涯”为主题的有效相关期刊文献从时空分布、关键词、突现词等方面进行可视化分析。结论:我国无边界职业生涯研究领域发文量态势一般,作者和机构间合作强度不高;研究内容主要包括胜任力、职业生涯管理、大学生、心理契约等方面;研究前沿经历了早期前沿(2003—2007年)、中期前沿(2007—2013年)和最新前沿(2014年至今)3个阶段的演进,且“大学生”“无边界”“对策”是当下的研究热点。Abjective:To understand the research hot issues and the evolution of research frontiers of non-boundary career research in China.Methods:Using CiteSpace software,157 valid relevant journal literatures on the theme of“Borderless career”and“borderless career”collected in CNKI from 2003 to 2022 were visually analyzed from the aspects of spatial and temporal distribution,keywords,and breakout words.Conclusion:The number of papers published in the field of boundary-free career research in China is general,and the cooperation between authors and institutions is not high.The research contents mainly include competence,career management,college students,psychological contract and so on.The research frontier has experienced three stages of evolution:the early frontier(2003-2007),the middle frontier(2007-2013)and the latest frontier(2014-present),and“college students”,“no boundaries”and“countermeasures”are the current research frontier.At the same time,this paper puts forward two prospects for future research:one is to explore the relationship between physical flow and psychological flow,and the other is to focus on the study of borderless career from the organizational level.
