化工职教师范生培养存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：近几年国家大力发展化工职业教育,取得了一定成果。化工职教师范生是我国化工职教师资的重要来源。培养既具有师范教育能力,又具有职业教育能力,还具有优良职业德行的化工职教师范生是发展高质量现代化工职业教育的需要。文中阐述了目前化工职教师范培养中存在的若干问题,并针对问题提出相应的对策,以期提高化工职教师范生培养的质量。In recent years,the country has vigorously developed chemical vocational education and achieved some results.Chemical vocational education normal students are an important source of teachers in chemical vocational education.Cultivating chemical vocational education normal students with both teacher training and vocational training abilities,as well as excellent professional ethics,is necessary for the development of high-quality modern chemical vocational education.In this paper,the problems existing in the training of chemical vocational education regular students are expounded,with appropriate countermeasures proposed to improve the training quality.
