摘　　要：100年来,中国共产党在革命、建设和改革的不同历史阶段,始终把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,探索发展了内涵丰富、与时俱进、续创新的教育理论与话语体系。立德树人,是党百年探索、创造与发展的教育理论与话语体系的核心主题与标识性概念,是中国共产党成立100年来,特别是中华人民共和国成立70多年来,尤其是改革开放40多年来党领导教育改革发展经验的高度凝练和集中表达。100年来,党基于对“培养什么人”“怎么培养人”“为谁培养人”基本问题的实践探索与理论思考,构建形成了以培养社会主义建设者与接班人为核心目标、以发展素质教育与生产劳动和社会实践相结合为政策部署、以育人为本全员全过程全方位育人为实践机制的教育话语体系。In the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always regarded fostering virtue and nurturing talents as the fundamental task of education in different stages of China's socialist revolution,construction and reform,and explored educational theories and discourse systems that are rich in connotation and advance with the times through continuous innovation.Fostering virtue and nurturing talents is the core theme and iconic concept of the CPC's educational discourse system,a highly condensed and prototypical discourse of the CPC's experience in education reform and development,which the Party has developed over the 100 years since its founding in 1921,especially during the 70-plus years since the founding of People's Republic of China in 1949 and in particular over the 40-plus years since China implemented reform and opening-up in 1978.In the past 100 years,based on the practical and theoretical exploration on the basic issues of"what kind of talents to cultivate","how to cultivate the talents"and"for whom to cultivate the talents",the CPC has constructed and formed an educational discourse system with cultivating socialist builders and successors as its core goal;with integrating quality education,productive labor,and social practice as its policy deployment;and with centering on fostering virtue and nurturing talents by involving all the people in the educational institutes and the relevant organizations at all levels as the practical mechanism.
