摘  要:博士专业学位因独特的职业导向性特征而区别于传统的博士学术学位,这引发社会大众对其教育功能的质疑。基于全国专业学位博士教育质量调查数据,从个体职业发展视角出发,通过实证分析专业学位博士生教育对毕业博士职业发展的影响路径,对博士专业学位的教育功能进行探讨。研究发现,博士专业学位不仅具有显著的生产功能,还具备一定的信号功能,专业学位博士生教育通过促进毕业博士人力资本增值进而促进其职业发展,且专业博士文凭对毕业博士的职业发展与地位获得具有直接影响。The professional doctoral education differs from the traditional academic doctoral education due to its unique career-oriented characteristics,which arouses public doubts about its educational function.Based on the national survey of professional doctorate education quality,this research explores the influence path that professional doctoral education affects individual career development by empirical analysis and concludes the function of professional doctoral education.It is found that the doctoral degree not only has significant production functions,but also has certain signal functions.The specific characteristics are as follows:First,the professional doctoral education promotes the career development of graduated doctors by accelerating their human capital accumulation.Secondly,the professional doctoral diploma has a direct impact on the individual's professional development and status acquisition.
