摘 要:目的 了解肿瘤患者人群营养知识、态度和行为现状,分析营养状况特点及相关影响因素,改善肿瘤患者的营养治疗。方法 2022年6—7月在中国医学科学院肿瘤医院就诊的肿瘤患者中开展一项单中心、观察性、横断面研究。采用营养知识-态度-行为问卷进行调查。结果 本研究纳入628例肿瘤患者作为研究对象。肿瘤患者营养知识得分为(84.91±22.62)分,合格率(pass rate,PR)和优秀率(excellent rate,ER)分别为90.06%和78.29%。营养态度得分为(91.01±15.17)分,PR和ER分别为95.72%和86.24%。营养行为得分为(77.68±17.65)分,PR和ER分别为89.60%和61.93%。排名前3位的营养知识来源分别为互联网(16.31%)、电视(12.67%)和书籍(12.29%)。大专及以上学历患者的营养知识得分显著高于高中及以下患者(P<0.001);男性患者营养行为得分显著高于女性患者(P=0.001);消化系统肿瘤与其他实体瘤患者相比营养行为得分显著更高(P=0.015)。结论 肿瘤患者具有一定的营养知识水平,营养态度和行为与营养知识水平呈线性正相关,因此,加强肿瘤人群营养知识科普教育具有重要意义。Objective To understand the current status of nutritional knowledge,attitudes and practices in the oncology population and analyse the characteristics of nutritional status and related influencing factors to improve the nutritional therapy of tumor patients.Method A singlecenter,observational,crosssectional study was conducted in tumor patients in the Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from June to July 2022.Enrolled subjects were surveyed by using the nutrition knowledgeattitude-practice questionnaire.Result 628 cancer patients were included in this study.The overall nutritional knowledge score of tumor patients was(84.91±22.62)scores,and the pass rate(PR)and excellent rate(ER)was 90.06%and 78.29%,respectively.The nutritional attitude score was(91.01±15.17)scores,and the PR and ER was 95.72%and 86.24%,respectively.The nutritional practice score was(77.68±17.65)scores,and the PR and ER was 89.60%and 61.93%,respectively.The top three resources of nutrition knowledge were internet(16.31%),television(12.67%),and books(12.29%).The nutritional knowledge score of patients with junior college degree or above was significantly higher than that of patients with high school degree or below(P<0.001).The nutritional practice score of male patients was significantly higher than that of female patients(P=0.001),and gastrointestinal patients also had significantly higher practice scores compared to patients with other solid tumors(P=0.015).Conclusion Tumor patients have a certain level of nutritional knowledge.Their nutritional attitudes and practices are linearly and positively correlated with level of knowledge.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the popular science education of nutrition knowledge in tumor population.
