市校融合背景下职业院校的校企合作模式探索

摘  要:随着产业的迭代升级,社会的不断进步,国家对于人才的需求也越来越旺盛。职业院校肩负着为本地行业企业培养适应行业企业发展的应用型技能人才的重任。校企深度合作的培养模式既增强了职业院校在教学模式上的革新,也满足了行业企业的用人需求,使职业院校毕业生在校园内就完成了从学生到职员的身份转换。但随着职业院校校企合作的不断深入,很多问题逐渐显现。在已有校企合作实践的基础上,探索新背景下校企合作的意义和面临的困境,并就实现校企深度融合提出建议。With the iterative upgrading of the industry and the continuous progress of the society,the country’s demand for talents is becoming more and more vigorous.Vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of training application-oriented technical talents for local industry enterprises to adapt to the development of industry enterprises.The training mode of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises not only enhances the innovation of vocational colleges in teaching mode,but also meets the employment needs of industrial enterprises,so that vocational college graduates can complete the transformation from students to employees on campus.However,at present,with the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges,many problems are gradually emerging.Based on the existing school-enterprise cooperation practice,we explore the significance and difficulties of school-enterprise cooperation under the new background,and put forward suggestions on the realization of deep integration of school and enterprise.
