摘 要:针对当前校企生积极性有待加强、师徒教学计划履行度低、非遗挖掘深度不够的情况,结合高职院校的培养目标和非遗传承的重要性,研究现代学徒制全面传承非遗技艺的基本思路与对策:以非遗推进课程思政建设,培育使命感和工匠精神;以技艺推动多元师资建设,突出技艺传承与发展;以产品为导向,探索非遗当代生命力;校企共建基于非遗技艺传承的现代学徒制资源整合平台,从而打造积极的校企合作循环,培育专业特色。In view of the current situation of low motivation of participating subjects,low fulfillment of teacher-apprentice teaching plan and insufficient depth of excavation of intangible cultural heritage,combined with the cultivation objectives of higher vocational colleges and the importance of intangible cultural heritage,the basic ideas and countermeasures for comprehensive inheritance of intangible cultural heritage skills in the modern apprenticeship system were studied.It promoted the construction of curriculum ideology and politics with intangible cultural heritage to cultivate a sense of mission and craftsmanship,the construction of diversified teachers with skills to highlight the inheritance and development of skills.It explored the contemporary vitality of intangible cultural heritage with a product-oriented approach and built a platform for modern apprenticeship resource integration based on the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage skills by school-enterprise,so as to create a positive school-enterprise cooperation cycle and cultivate professional characteristics.
