摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)、以团队为基础的学习(TBL)联合思维导图教学法在卓越医生班儿科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月佳木斯大学附属第一医院58名卓越医生班学生,随机分为两组,其中采用传统PBL教学法的29名学生为对照组,采用思维导图联合PBL、TBL教学法的29名学生为观察组。对比两组教学结果得分、综合能力评分及教学满意度评分。结果观察组教学结果得分均高于对照组,综合能力评分高于对照组,教学满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL、TBL联合教思维导图学法能提高卓越医生班学生的专业知识水平及综合能力,获得更高的教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)and team-based learning(TBL)combined with mind mapping in pediatric teaching for outstanding doctors class.Methods Fifty-eight students in outstanding doctors class in The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,29 students who used traditional PBL teaching method as the control group and 29 students who used mind map-ping combined with PBL and TBL teaching method as the observation group.The teaching results,comprehensive abilities,and teaching satisfaction scores between the two groups was compared.Results The teaching result scores,comprehensive ability scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL and TBL combined with mind mapping can improve the professional knowledge level and comprehensive ability of students in outstanding doctors class,and achieve higher teaching satisfaction.
