摘  要:芬兰注重职业教育源于其早先的工业文化传统,职业教育和培训的质量被视为关系到教育和培训的效率及个人平等的关键因素。文章从社会生产的需要、坚实基础教育知识、完整的资格认证制度、高质量的教师队伍、完善的教育政策和法案、确立职业资格结构等六个方面探求支撑芬兰职业教育体系顺利发展的原因,为我国职业教育体系的发展提供借鉴。Finland's emphasis on vocational education and training stems from its early industrial cultural tradition,and the quality of vocational education and training is regarded as a key factor related to the efficiency of education and training and the personal equality.This article explores the reasons that support the smooth development of vocational education and training system in Finland from six aspects of social production needs,solid basic education knowledge,complete qualification system,high-quality teachers,perfect education policies and bills,and establishment of professional qualification structure,so as to provide reference for the development of vocational education system in China.
