摘  要:拔尖创新人才培养是深入实施人才强国战略的行动要义,新质生产力的形成与发展离不开拔尖创新人才。然而,新质生产力背景下的拔尖创新人才培养仍存在诸如选拔培养的效率追求与教育公平诉求的二元冲突、智能技术与教育应用的融合挑战、技能人才与教育偏见的双向博弈、人才培育与人才应用的分离困境等现实隐忧,阻碍了生产力质态的加速跃迁。教育作为拔尖创新人才培养的必要渠道,在塑造新质生产力人才队伍中发挥着重要作用。为此,应通过以下对策来指明未来拔尖创新人才培养的行动前瞻,以期激发人才创新活力:一是基础教育上,细化融通培养机制,培育新质后备人才;二是高等教育上,依托智能学科平台,塑造新质中坚人才;三是职业教育上,建立数字孪生平台,发展新质智能人才;四是差异教育上,探索多元培养模式,打造新质多样人才。The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents stands as a cornerstone in the implementation of China’s talent development strategy aimed at revitalization.The emergence and advancement of new quality productive forces are intricately linked with the presence of innovative talents.However,several underlying concerns persist in nurturing top-notch innovative talents amid the backdrop of new quality productive forces.These include the tension between efficiency-driven objectives and calls for fairness,the complexities surrounding the integration of intelligent technologies into educational practices,the dynamic interplay between skilled laborers and educational biases,and the disconnect between talent cultivation and application,hindering the rapid transition of productivity.Education serves as a vital conduit for fostering top-notch innovative talents,shaping the human resources required for new quality productive forces.Consequently,this paper proposes solutions for future talent cultivation.Firstly,in basic education,we should refine integration mechanisms to cultivate a reservoir of new quality talents.Secondly,in higher education,we should leverage IT subject platforms to cultivate the core force of new quality talents.Thirdly,in vocational education,we should establish digital twin platforms to develop new quality intelligent talents.Lastly,in differential education,we should explore multiple educational modes to nurture a diverse array of new quality talents.
