摘  要:当前,我国工科专业研究生的创新实践能力与新工科背景下产业界的需求存在一定差距,已成为我国教育界和产业界的共识。针对该情况,文章分析了当前研究生创新实践能力培养中存在的问题,设计了一种融合现代管理理论OKR(Objective and Key Results,OKR)与行动学习(Action Learning,AL)的研究生创新实践能力培养框架,并结合机器人工程方向的科研项目进行了教学实践,为工科专业研究生创新实践能力的培养探索了一种新模式。At present,there is a certain gap between the innovative practical ability of engineering graduate students in China and the demand of the industry under the background of new engineering,which has become a consensus in the education and industry sectors of China.In response to this situation,the article analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative practical abilities among graduate students,designs a framework for cultivating innovative practical abilities among graduate students that integrates modern management theory OKR(Objective and Key Results,OKR)and Action Learning(AL),and combines it with research projects in the field of robotics engineering to explore a new model for cultivating innovative practical abilities among engineering graduate students.
