高校辅导员心理健康现状调查及对策分析

摘　　要：为关注高校辅导员的心理健康水平,提升高校辅导员队伍职业化发展,本研究采用《SCL-90症状自评量表》调查了陕西地区510名高校专职辅导员的心理健康情况,结果显示,高校辅导员心理健康阳性晒出率为21.7%,辅导员的心理健康总分及各因子症状均显著高于全国常模,且在性别、年龄、学历以及收入等人口学变量上均有显著差异,表明高校辅导员心理健康水平整体较低且受到多种因素影响,建议不断完善辅导员队伍建设政策体系,建立有效激励机制,重视辅导员心理疏导,促进高校辅导员队伍实现职业化发展。In order to pay attention to the psychological health level of college counselors and improve the professional development of the college counselor team,this study used the SCL-90 Symptom Self Evaluation Scale to investigate the psychological health of 510 full-time college counselors in Shaanxi Province.The results showed that the positive rate of psychological health exposure among college counselors was 21.7%.The total score of psychological health and various factor symptoms of counselors were significantly higher than the national norm,and there were significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,age,education,and income.This indicates that the overall psychological health level of college counselors is relatively low and influenced by various factors.It is recommended to continuously improve the policy system for counselor team construction,establish effective incentive mechanisms,attach importance to counselor psychological counseling,and enhance the professional development of college counselor teams.
