摘　　要：技艺技能传承创新平台建设项目是我国深化职业教育改革和提质培优发展、落实国二十条精神的重要举措。平台通过团队研修、技艺技能传承、多方合作研发等活动,促进了教师科研教研能力、团队协作能力、实践教学能力、技艺应用与创新能力协同提升。并结合我校《造型设计与数控加工》山东省技艺技能传承创新平台建设情况做了总结分析,为上级部门及兄弟院校平台建设提供借鉴。The construction project of skills inheritance and innovation platform is an important measure to deepen the reform of vocational education,improve the quality of development and implement the spirit of the Twenty Articles of the People's Republic of China.Through team research,skills inheritance,multi-party cooperative research and development activities,the platform promotes the collaborative improvement of teachers'scientific research and teaching ability,team cooperation ability,practical teaching ability,skills application and innovation ability.Combined with our school's"Modeling Design and Numerical Control Machining",the construction of Shandong Province's skills inheritance and innovation platform is summarized and analyzed,which provides a reference for the construction of higher departments and brother colleges and universities.
